Issues with the community

I have quite a few issues with the community, and to keep my identity hidden, I'll be using this name.

First: A certain member, who is friends with the owner, is causing several issues for other members, yet has barely received any punishment, and the owner of the discord server seems to ignore it.

Second: The constant server resetting on the terraria servers is annoying and makes joining the server less optimal. Atleast calm it down a bit, for like every 15-20 minutes.

Third, the minecraft realm is barely moderated. Ffs it needs moderators so people stop causing issues for everyone else.

The player has been warned, please let me know if he continues.
The reloads are needed to due bugginess of the server—we need to wait for a stability update from the developers.
We plan to make the Minecraft Realm whitelisted (invite-only) and create a mobile-only server open to all users.

I really appreciate the feedback. We started 2 days ago, our server has had a huge influx of new users and responsibilities. With time, donations, and member loyalty we will prevail.
