RULES

Please be realistic. this is based in a quarantined city with limited resources and almost no connection to the outside world. don't make characters that are 10 feet tall with the ability to rip buildings apart using his hands with a mini gun. just, no.
Be respectful. Don't be racist about characters, or be overly sexist.
Be creative. whilst I prefer chars based on the person who made them, creativity would be very nice. just follow rule 1.
always add if you want your character to die, or I will orchestrate his/her fate.
