Codemasters draws a gameplay trailer to announce that DiRT Rally 2.0 will be entitled to a big DLC paying tribute to Colin McRae. There will therefore be new specials, as well as the emblematic cars used by the Scottish driver. Subaru fans will be able to slip into the bucket seat of the Legacy RS and the Impreza S4 Rally, but also of less powerful machines like the Mini Cooper S, the 205 GTi and the Ford Escort RS Rally 2001. The game will allow also to relive Colin’s career through 40 new scenarios, grouped into 4 chapters corresponding to the 80s, 90s and 2000s.
To fully immerse themselves in the pilot’s beginnings in competition, Codemasters will even add several stages located in Scotland to Perth and Kinross. Better still, we are promised that the latter will be radically different from those of the Wales rally (yet fairly close geographically). The Colin McRae DLC will be available on March 24, and is part of the game’s season pass.
